INDUSTRIES GLANCE GBM ARE WORKING
BULK CARGOES TERMINAL HANDLING
For the dry bulk cargoes logistics globally, the terminal handling is the Key and important links, including the cargoes stocking near to the jetty, transporting between and equipment for loading/unloading to the ships, the cargoes with granule or powder types such as farming products, fertilizer, minerals, aggregates, cement& clinker, limestone, coals etc.,
MINING& MINERAL INDUSTRY
ROM ore is excavated by excavators and transported via haul trucks to in-pit primary crushing station. After multi-stage crushing and screening, qualified ore is delivered through overland belt conveyors to processing plant, while waste rock is diverted to waste dump via separate conveying lines. Underground mines adopt LHD, ore pass and skip hoist for underground ore haulage.
POWER INDUSTRY
CLINKER& CEMENT INDUSTRY
For Power Plant, the bulk cargoes transportation such as the coal/biomass and limestone handling on port terminal, transporting to plant and stacking, and material feeding, as well the fly ash, slag and gypsum logistics etc.
the processing equipment as well the steel construction are involved in the system, such as the coal shed.
Limestone and auxiliary raw materials are crushed, stacked and homogenized, conveyed to raw mill for grinding; qualified raw meal is sent to rotary kiln for calcination to form clinker. Clinker mixed with gypsum and slag is ground into finished cement, then stored in cement silos for bulk delivery or bag packing.
STEEL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Iron ore, coal, coke and flux are unloaded, stacked and homogenized in raw material yard. After sintering and pelletizing, qualified burden materials are transported to blast furnace for ironmaking. Lime and ferroalloy are conveyed to converter steelmaking workshop. Blast furnace slag and steel slag are crushed and recycled as raw materials, all dust ash from dedusting system returns to sinter proportioning system for cyclic utilization.
AGRICUTURE INDUSTRY
Bulk agricultural grains such as corn, wheat and soybeans are unloaded from vessels by grain ship unloaders. Raw materials go through preliminary cleaning to remove impurities, then conveyed via bucket elevators and belt conveyors into silos for storage. When outbound, grains are reclaimed, secondary cleaned and loaded onto trucks, trains or vessels. Processing by-products like soybean meal are separately conveyed to storage silos for bulk delivery.
