The RECLAIMER is composed by a scraper arm and a chain. It is composed of plates, towers, hoisting mechanisms, driving devices and other parts. For reclaimers that require materials to be mixed evenly, a loosening harrow mechanism must be added.
According to whether the stacker can be pitched or not, it can be divided into FIXED TYPE AND PITCH TYPE. According to the structure of the reclaimer, it can be divided into CANTILEVER TYPE, GANTRY TYPE AND BRIDGE TYPE. Among them, the cantilever type has a counterweight box and the gantry type has a beam end. Walking mechanism, bridge type with beam end walking mechanism and loose material rake mechanism.
